As a mother of 4, I am all too familiar with the challenges of serving nutritious snacks to my family. My oldest son battles mental illness and his diet is a major part of his treatment. One day I got fed up trying to find a healthy whole-food snack that fit his diet, so I went to my kitchen to do something about it. After countless hours of mixing natural ingredients including unpasteurized honey, whey powder, healthy fats and the end result was a delicious cookie that was high in fiber and loaded with 21 grams of protein…. Mama T Protein Cookies were born! Since 2012, I’ve been working around the clock to fill the demands of health-conscious customers all across Canada and the demand continues to grow!
The cookies are produced under my supervision in Glacé Bay, Nova Scotia, and sold by my company, NBG distribution.
