| Directions of Use | DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop (22g) of PROPHECY™ with 8 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 scoop (11 g) mixed in 4 to 8 oz. of water. Read entire product label and warnings prior to using. WARNING: Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use this product if you are nursing, pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant. Prophecy is a very strong pre-workout matrix, with 400mg of caffeine per scoop (approx. equivalent to 4 cups of coffee). Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants. Assess tolerance with ½ serving prior to trying full dose. Consult a physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse health effects from this product. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4 hours of sleep.
